you onto the network (and Learning Gateway) where
you have a private folder to store your work.
Task 1 - Access the network
Task 2 - Create subfolders
for each subject you learn
Task 3 - Open 'Word for
Windows' - write this sentence - "She
sells sea shells on the sea shore" -
then save the file in your ICT folder with the
name 'Practice 1' - then close 'Word'.
Important
tip 1: Every time you work on a file, when you come
to save it, change the name a bit e.g.
Letter 1 ...then... Letter 2 ... then Letter 3 and
so on.
Why do you think this is important ?
Task
4 - Open 'Word' and 'Practice
1' file again - add this sentence - "Peter
Piper picked a pickled pepper" - save the
file in your ICT folder with the name 'Practice
2' - then close 'Word'.

tip 2: You should save your work at least once
every 20 minutes.
Task
5 - Copy and paste 'Practice 1'
and 'Practice 2' onto your memory stick.
Important
tip 3: Make sure you start saving your work at least
5 minutes before the end of the lesson ...... just
