Stage 1. Download the data capture sheet and open it up in Excel,
or open the datasheet and copy/paste it into Excel.
You will need this to record the journey plan and calculate costs. 

Stage 2. Go to the Holiday Planner Page. for instructions.

Stage 3.When you have completed your travel plans and collated all the costs build the Spreadsheet that will do all your calculations for you. See what it should look like here.

Stage 4.
Have you kept to the budget of 1000 € per person ?
Could you have gone further ?
Can you do the holiday cheaper ?
How many capitols of the European Union can you visit ?
How about going around the world ?

Plan your revised holiday, but this time putting all the information directly onto a new Spreadsheet.
